Return & Exchange Policy
At Alysha’s Aesthetics, all product sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you have a concern about a product or your purchase, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assist you.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a 50% service charge, which must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Consistent no-shows may lead to refusal of future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s appointment time. The full service fee will still apply.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.
Service Satisfaction Policy
Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Alysha’s Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this.
Health & Safety Policy
Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin concerns prior to your service. Alysha’s Aesthetics is not responsible for reactions resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
Privacy Policy
Alysha’s Aesthetics respects your privacy. Any photos taken or personal information you provide (such as your name, email, or skin concerns) are used only for booking, communication, and providing your services.
Your data will never be sold or shared. All booking and payment information is securely processed through our online booking system.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Alysha’s Aesthetics maintains a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients.
Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances — whether verbal, physical, or implied — will result in immediate termination of the session.
The client will be asked to leave, banned from future bookings, and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
Your comfort and safety are my top priorities, and I ask all clients to uphold the same standard of professionalism.
Right to Refuse Service
Alysha’s Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any client for safety concerns, hygiene issues, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior.
